Professional Practice
Practice mode:

1. Case studies are widely used in course teaching and students are guided to complete the interactive part, class work and homework in combination with their own work practice; faculty will score the performance of each student regarding the effectiveness of linking theory with practice in class.

2. In a group discussion or workshop, students are required to fully combine their practical work, which will be closely related to the evaluation standard.
With reference to the course content of topics such as management communication, management skills, leadership, teamwork, negotiation and critical thinking, faculty members are required to adopt interactive teaching methods. In the case of practice activities, faculty will evaluate the performance of each student by giving a score.

3. By offering such activities as business event simulations, business contests or team works, the MBA Program encourages students to simulate business events in class,
which has greatly contributed to fully enhance students’ performance in management communication, management skills, leadership, teamwork, negotiation and critical thinking. A Review Committee composed of experts will evaluate these activities and give a score.

4. To highlight the role of the MBA Program in practice guidance, an independent MBA Case Center has been set up to provide unified guidance for case construction and take full responsibility for the compiling and coordination of MBA cases.
Since its inception, the Case Center has achieved consistent outcomes.

The sound development of the Case Center has contributed to the teaching diversity and effectiveness of the MBA Program. Faculty members are required to submit the course syllabus and the course calendar before class.

The Programs Committee, according to the professional judgment of its members, will determine or suggest revisions to the proportion of practice content in class teaching and will organize discussions and revisions to the practice content on a periodic basis.

5. SEBA's MBA Program, by playing its advantages in the business world, has set up more than 30 internship practice bases for students. In the meantime, the program has invited more than 100 outside experts with extensive experience in practice to help students to broaden their horizons.
