SEBA's MIB Program, by drawing on experiences from teaching practices over the past decade and giving consideration to national and local conditions, not only develops students' international business skills, but also puts effort in helping students building three important abilities - shaping thoughts, grasping tools and reinforcing practices - so as to smoothly achieve the learning goals of the MIB Program.

SEBA's MIB Program has a clear goal to train high-quality applied talents devoted to international business practices in a creative manner. This goal runs throughout the program development, and all work of courses development, cases development and internship practice development are implemented complying with this idea.

The target students of SEBA's MIB Program are young business professionals. At this stage, professional work remains as the core element of their jobs. Therefore, the program offers more than ten required courses and elective courses to ensure that students, regardless of their industry, can fully extend the depth and width of their professional knowledge.

SEBA's MIB Program is devoted to training students into international business elite professionals in addition to the acquisition of basic international business qualities. To help students complete this transition the program offers a group of soft courses designed to shape international business qualities,
such as International Business and Strategic Management to help students build self-confidence and grasp skills, with the expectation to help students complete their transition within the shortest possible time.

The learning outcomes of the MIB Program will be assessed through the following five core courses: Strategic Management; Accounting & Corporate Finance; International Business; International Financial Management; Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
