组织与战略系

组织与战略系是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院恢复建制中成立最早的系。1984年重庆大学管理工程系成立伊始即开始招收第一届管理工程专业本科生。基于工商管理专业建设,1993年获得“技术经济及管理”博士授予权,2002年技术经济及管理成为全国重点学科,2003年获批工商管理一级学科博士点。全系现有教师23人,其中国家级人才2人,教授11人,副教授10人,全部拥有博士学位且大都具有海外学习经历。主要研究领域包括:战略管理、创新创业、组织行为、人力资源管理、公司治理、战略领导力、商业模式创新等。

组织与战略系以培养未来的商业精英和学术后备人才为使命,主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革的挑战,为学生提供全方位个性化的学习与发展引导。主干课程包括:战略管理、创新管理、公司治理、运营管理、跨文化与跨国公司管理、领导学、人力资源管理、组织理论与组织结构设计、绩效管理、商业伦理、创业管理、谈判艺术、管理沟通、人工智能与商业模式创新等。本系学生按照工商管理(创新创业与企业国际化)和工商管理(人力资源管理)两个专业方向进行个性化培养。

The Department of Organization and Strategy Management is one of the earliest established departments during the restructuring of the School of Economics and Business Administration at Chongqing University. In 1984, the Department of Management Engineering (predecessor of the Department of Business Administration) started admitting the first batch of undergraduate students majoring in Management Engineering. With a focus on the construction of business administration specialties, the department obtained the doctoral granting authority in "Technology Economics and Management" in 1993. In 2002, "Technology Economics and Management" became a national key discipline, and in 2003, it was approved as a first-level doctoral program in Business Administration. The department currently has23faculty members, including 2 national-level talents,11 professors, and 10 associate professors. All faculty members hold doctoral degrees, and many have overseas study experience.The primary research areas of the Department of Business Administration include strategic management, innovation and entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management, corporate governance, strategic leadership, business model innovation, and more.

The department is committed to cultivate future business elites and academic talents, actively addressing the challenges of the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation. It provides students with comprehensive and personalized guidance for learning and development. Core courses offered by the department include strategic management, innovation management, corporate governance, operations management, cross-cultural and multinational company management, leadership studies, human resource management, organizational theory and design, performance management, business ethics, entrepreneurship, negotiation skills, management communication, artificial intelligence, and business model innovation. Students in the department undergo personalized training based on two minor directions: Business Administration (Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Internationalization) and Business Administration (Human Resource Management).
