    Concluding report of “National comprehensive supporting reform experimental zone" management system innovation and supporting policy design to serve regional economy, With ZHOU Xiao, et al, submitted to NSFC in January 2008.

    Note: In the final report of the project submitted to NSFC (Management Department) in early 2008, it proposed "integrating the maritime Silk Road and the land Silk Road to promote the international circulation", and the text of this sentence was specifically bold to show its importance. However, the original intention of this model was designed to help stimulate the domestic circulation for western development of China, that is, the domestic circulation should be the main body, not the opposite.
